Years 7 and 8
Our English private tutoring program for years 7 and 8 follows the requirements of the NSW Stage 4 English Syllabus. Students gain early exposure to important skills to build a strong foundation for later studies and the HSC. Some of the areas our English program encompasses include:

Years 9 and 10
Our English private tutoring program for years 9 and 10 follows the requirements of the NSW Stage 5 English Syllabus. Students develop upon their foundation gained in earlier years by increasing the depth of their analysis, critical thinking and writing skills. Some of the areas our English program encompasses are:
- Advanced textual analysis leading up to Preliminary standard
- Advanced comprehension skills (students learn to see underlying themes, read texts in social and historical contexts, understand the allusions and latent issues in subtext)
- Writing in various formats
- Essay writing
- Creative writing
